The Frank A. Mullens, Jr. Athletic Complex has everything needed to host your exciting games or book your next tournament. Enjoy the new field turf on two baseball fields, one football field and two soccer fields. There are consession and annoucer booths, dugouts, bleachers and restrooms.
Lighted Soap Box Derby Race Track
Little Creek Park is recognized as the country’s premier soap box derby racing facilities. The track is the only known lighted track for night racing and features a handicapped race. View Schedule
Visit scenic Little Creek Park and experience its natural beauty during every changing season from April through October. The many hiking trails offer fun and thrills for beginners going at a more relaxed pace to the more exciting and adventurous explorer taking the longer trails. Some of the sights to see are the rock formation known as “Devil’s Tea Table” (shown above) and the old saw mill.
18 Hole Disc Golf Course
Our challenging 18 hole disc golf course is mostly wooded with elevation changes and has several tight fairways. Bring your equipment and your team to try our course.
There are ten shelters for rent at Little Creek Park situated near ball fields and/or playground equipment. All of our shelters are equipped with grills, restroom facilities, and electricity. Off-street parking is available at all locations for your safety and convenience.
The shelters are of various sizes and range in price starting from $70 per day. Contact the reservation office at 304-768-1909 to reserve the shelter that is best suited to your needs.
Additional Fields and Courts
Additionally, the park offers one turfed softball field, two softball/baseball natural fields, and five soccer natural fields of different sizes. There are two basketball courts and two tennis courts next to one of the four playground areas. The fields and courts are available for use on a first-come basis when local leagues are not in season. Please watch for rules posted for the field usage – all local little leagues and soccer teams have priority on the fields.
